You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to bind the business you represent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it without permission, infringe third-party rights, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Pricing and estimates
Prices, availability, and quotes surfaced by the Service are estimates assembled from supplier data and AI-generated output. They may be inaccurate or out of date. Confirm all terms directly with the supplier before purchasing. QuickQuote AI does not guarantee any price or availability.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Fees, billing cycles, and trial terms are described at the point of purchase and may change with notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by QuickQuote AI and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
