Why partners sign up

Grow revenue from customers you already have

You've earned the trust of thousands of builders and contractors. Every one of them prices material lists every week. QuickQuote turns that weekly chore into a product you sell — without building software or hiring engineers.

💵

A new recurring revenue line

Monthly subscriptions at a price you set, on top of what you already earn from each customer. No per-job fee to us — a job costs only cents in AI.

🧲

Stickier customers

A tool contractors open on every job, offered by you. Customers who buy materials, insurance or membership through you now have one more reason to stay.

🧰

No product to build

The AI, the integrations, the infrastructure and second-line support are ours. Your team sells and looks after customers — no engineers, no R&D budget.

🚩

First in your market

Be the one who brings AI procurement to contractors in your territory. Take it exclusively and no one else can offer QuickQuote there.

What you don't have to do: build or buy an AI product, hire developers, prepay usage packages, or run servers. You bring the customers; we bring a product they'll pay for and the means to sell it.
What it can earn

Your base × adoption × your price

Example for a partner serving 5,000 contractors at $200 per customer per month. Replace with your own base and price — we model it with you before you sign.

AdoptionPaying customersYour revenue / yrAI & cloud / yr
5% · cautious250$600k≈ $15k
15% · expected750$1.8M≈ $45k
30% · strong1,500$3.6M≈ $90k

Your margin stays high

Running cost is about $5 per customer per month at today's AI prices, billed by providers directly to you at cost — no markup from us. There is no per-job fee to us, so heavier use moves your cost by cents per job.

Our share is predictable

A fixed annual Platform Fee for your territory plus an agreed percentage of net margin. The fixed part doesn't grow with your customer count; the variable part only grows when you earn.

Extra revenue on top

Implementation, training, onboarding and premium support are yours to sell. Exclusive partners also build — and own — the local supplier network.

🌍

Regional operators in new markets

Commercial teams with access to contractors in a country or region where QuickQuote isn't offered yet — localized with you before launch.

What you sell

A product your contractors will pay for

Builders and contractors of every size — from one-truck crews to mid-size construction companies with procurement staff. A foreman, office manager or buyer writes a material list the way they would text it to a supplier. QuickQuote turns it into a priced, comparable purchase. That saves time on every order and helps them buy at a better price — a value they feel every week, which is what keeps a subscription paid.

  • Understands trade language. Brand names, slang and shorthand ("sheetrock", "Romex", "PT") are mapped to the right products and units.
  • Finds and compares suppliers. Searches the supplier catalogs in your territory and compares price, availability, delivery and lead time.
  • Optimizes the order. Picks the cheapest complete basket near the jobsite and plans the pick-up route.
  • Market reference. Where public bid data exists (for example, state DOT bid tabulations), shows how a quoted price compares with the market.
  • Draft estimates. As a PDF or directly in QuickBooks Online.
  • Text, voice or files. Requests can be typed, dictated or attached as a document.
  • A human approves. QuickQuote prepares the decision; the contractor confirms any purchase.

Commercial terms

Simple economics: you keep the rest

Two parts, both agreed individually. Fee levels are set in the term sheet for your territory.

Partner pays QuickQuote = Fixed Platform Fee + Variable Platform Fee Variable Platform Fee = agreed % × Net Procurement Margin · monthly Net Procurement Margin = partner's QuickQuote revenue − direct infrastructure costs

The Fixed Platform Fee covers

  • Rights to the territory under the chosen option
  • The QuickQuote platform and every release during the term
  • Usage and cost reporting by customer and by provider
  • Infrastructure design, setup, monitoring and cost optimization on your accounts
  • Supplier catalog import, normalization and indexing
  • Second-line support under an SLA, plus integrations such as QuickBooks Online
  • Training for your sales, support and implementation staff

The fee does not grow with your number of customers, users or procurement jobs.

The Variable Platform Fee

Each month you report your QuickQuote revenue (customers, plans, invoices, refunds) and your direct infrastructure costs (AI, cloud, storage, data, search, supplier data processing). The agreed percentage applies to the difference.

Every procurement job is metered with its customer, user, plan, time, resources used and cost, so both sides reconcile the report against the same data. The agreement includes a right to verify the calculation.

Not part of the deal

  • Prepaid job packages, credits or token balances
  • Resale of AI or cloud usage by QuickQuote
  • A QuickQuote price list for your customers
Every month

How the variable fee is settled

Example schedule — exact dates and steps are set in the agreement.

  1. Month closes

Metering for the month is frozen: jobs, customers, plans and provider usage.

  2. Report prefilled

Revenue and direct infrastructure costs are drafted from the metered data and provider bills.

  3. You confirm

You review, add refunds or adjustments, attach provider invoices and submit.

  4. Fee invoiced

The agreed percentage of Net Procurement Margin is invoiced. Either side can request a verification.

Partnership options

Exclusive or non-exclusive

A territory can be a country, a state or province, a multi-state region, a metro area or a single city. Both options are starting points; scope, segment and term are negotiated case by case.

Non-Exclusive Regional Partner

Sell QuickQuote to your own customer base.

Territory rights
Right to sell in the territory alongside other partners
Other partners
Other partners may be appointed
Platform Fee

Variable fee

Supplier network

Road map priority

Term and moving between options. Agreements typically run 12 months with renewal priority; longer terms by agreement. A non-exclusive partner can apply to become exclusive where the territory is open. Whether exclusivity is available for your territory is confirmed in the first call.
Partnership model

Who does what

QuickQuote

  • Owns and develops the platform and its IP
  • Designs, sets up and operates the infrastructure on your accounts
  • Imports, normalizes and indexes your suppliers' catalogs
  • Second-line technical support under an SLA
  • Training and a knowledge base for your team
  • All product updates

Partner

  • Sells QuickQuote to contractors in the territory
  • Sets plans, prices and customer terms
  • Owns and pays for the infrastructure accounts
  • Builds the local supplier network
  • Provides first-line customer contact
  • Sends a monthly business report

Contractor

  • Buys QuickQuote from the partner
  • Runs procurement jobs: one job is one completed purchasing task, from material list to compared offer
  • Orders from suppliers and pays them directly
Infrastructure

Your accounts, our engineering

The variable cost of running QuickQuote sits with the services it calls: AI models, cloud hosting, databases, storage, search, document processing and maps. In this program those accounts are opened in the partner's name and billed to the partner directly. You see every dollar and set the budgets.

You don't need to hire an engineer. QuickQuote chooses the architecture with you, connects the APIs, stores credentials in a proper secrets manager, sets limits and monitoring, keeps integrations working and works to lower the cost per job — with no markup on any provider.

Localization

Built for your market

Every territory is scoped with the partner before launch:

  • Language of the product and of trade slang
  • Contract and pricing currency, local taxes
  • Local supplier catalogs, units and product data
  • Local regulations, including privacy and data rules
  • Sanctions and export-control checks that apply in your jurisdiction
Supplier network

You bring the suppliers. We make their catalogs searchable.

The partner builds the local supplier network: finds building-material suppliers and distributors, agrees terms and collects catalogs, price lists and product data. QuickQuote imports, normalizes and indexes them so they appear in contractor comparisons for your territory. Supplier data is tied to your partnership and territory.

What we ask of a partner. A contractor customer base in the territory (or a credible plan to reach one); a sales owner and an operations contact; infrastructure accounts in your name with access for setup and operation; for exclusive partners, building the supplier network; a monthly report on revenue and direct infrastructure costs; no competing AI procurement product in the same territory.
Questions

Common questions

Do we have to buy procurement jobs or credits in advance?
No. Jobs are unlimited for the partner. They are metered so you can price your plans and both sides can reconcile the monthly report.
Can we limit how many jobs our customers get?
Yes. Job allowances, overage and discounts per plan are your decision.
Who pays for AI, cloud and other services?
The partner, directly to each provider, on accounts in the partner's name. QuickQuote adds no markup and handles all the technical work.
Are we tied to one AI provider?
The platform runs on OpenAI models today. Choosing and switching providers and models for your territory is part of the setup and cost work we do with you.
Which countries can become a territory?
Any country. A territory can be a whole country, a state or province, a region, a metro area or a city. Language, currency, taxes, local supplier catalogs and local regulations — including privacy and sanctions and export-control checks — are scoped with each partner before launch.
Can we start non-exclusive and become exclusive later?
Yes, where the territory is still open. Terms are adjusted at that point.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You do. Contracts, invoicing and first-line contact with contractors stay with the partner.
How much is the Platform Fee?
It depends on the territory, the option and the term, and is set in the term sheet after territory sizing. Tell us about your market and we'll run the numbers with you.
